Order Cancellation:
Cancellation Period: You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After this period, your order may have already been processed for shipment and cannot be canceled.
Cancellation Process:
To cancel your order, please log in to your Niraalini account, go to the “My Orders” section, and select the order you wish to cancel. Follow the prompts to complete the cancellation process.
Refund Timeline: Once your cancellation request is successfully processed, refunds will be initiated within 3-5 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for the refunded amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment method.
Return and Refund:
Return Eligibility: We accept returns for eligible products within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 7 days.
Return Process:
To initiate a return, please log in to your NIRAALINI account, go to the “My Orders” section, and select the order containing the item you wish to return. Follow the provided instructions to generate a return request.
Refund Processing:
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 3-5 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Refund will be credited within maximum 7 Days.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.
Exceptions:
Damaged or Defective Items: Please note that we do not accept returns or issue refunds for items received in damaged or defective condition. We advise customers to ensure the condition of the item upon delivery.
